"Delay in reception of bike"
I purchased a TCR Advanced Pro Disc 1 back in March 2022. I was told a delivery date of roughly mid August 2022. To date, still no bike. Ive paid for the bike using their financing option and am seriously disappointed now and have a bad feeling about this.

"Excellent bike repair service"
I was looked after by Paul and Steve who were both very skilled and helpful.

I walked in with an old vintage bike, which was on the verge of being written off but it was transformed by Steve into the best state I have ever seen it in.

Frame was straightened, wheels were trued, broken spokes repaired, rear mechanism and derailleur fixed with new cables and chains, break pads aligned and the bike cleaned to a high shine.

Best repair service in the City of London. Professional and affordable. However far gone your bike is, bring it here, and I am confident they will be able to fix it for you.

"Outstanding Service in Southampton"
I ordered and collected a Liv Manga from the Giant Store in Southampton. Honestly, the staff in there were the most helpful I think I have ever experienced anywhere! The bike is pretty decent too!

"New Giant Deft Advanced 1 bike bought…"
New Giant Deft Advanced 1 bike bought via mail order as none in stock locally.
D Fuse seat post was defective and saddle pointing to left. Told to take cycle to local dealer to raise warranty claim. 7 weeks after this was raised, still no resolution. Still awaiting new seat post to be sent from somewhere in the world.
Spoke and emailed Giant UK and they were not sympathetic. Asked for a Goodwill gesture to which they refused.
Never again any Giant products!

Purchased giant defy 2020 freehub failure within 11 months warranty replacement 7 months later freehub failure warranty replacement cyclestation assured me giant will supply upgrade freehub this time 12 months later freehub failure.
Giant denies recent claim, paided over 4000k for inferior a bike built with inferior component .
Obviously Giant know there is a issue never had this experience with my Merida will never purchase another Giant brand product again

"Customer support is terrible."
Customer support is terrible.
I bought a set of bike lights that came with two rear mounts instead of a front and a rear. Such a simple problem but the support team insists I have the correct parts as if there is no such thing as a front mount. Despite the instructions saying otherwise and their own website selling both the front and rear parts as spares. The support team are just a brick wall and happy to lie

"Giant Quick E+ became 55 pound…"
My Giant Quick E+ became 55 pound anchor recently when it was caught up in a rainstorm. At that time I reach out to both my local bike shop and Giant. The local bike shop had my bike for over a month as they tried troubleshooting. They made numerous attempts to contact Giant as well as I sent in service request emails. My email went answered with give us the name of Giant reseller and we will contact them directly. This never happened and I ended up having to put in a claim with my Bike insurance company to total out my 3 year old e-bike. I am very disappointed in how Giant handled this and will never buy another Giant bicycle again.

I purchased an FX YUKNON in 08 from a mom and pop bike shop in Victorville Ca, "Victorville Cycles" which, by the way, can no longer afford to be a Giant dealer because Giant requires the business to keep a certain amount of inventory on hand before Giant will even bother doing business with your company. I was riding up a grade when l lost control, the lower swing arm completely SNAPED AT THE WIELD! I wish i could post pictures but I CAN'T! Completely snaped! After months of going back and forth with Giant, they have determined that becuse they no longer make that frame Giant will give me $140 for my troubles! The bike shop I took it to, "Competitive Edge Cyclery" in Rancho Cucamonga, an authorized dealer, were very helpful and could not belive what they were doing! GIANT DOES NOT BACK THEIR LIFE TIME WARRANTY! Should of went with a Huffy....

"Giant E-Bikes had some issues"
Giant E-Bikes had some issues, but with warranty always helped and they honour it, can't complain. Bikes are lovely, good battery, very smooth rides.

"Rubbish bikes, terrible customer service"
Bought a brand new Giant bike online and waited 10 days to pick up in the store. Broke down 2km out of the store. The staff made no effort to apologise, acknowledge the frustration and time wasted, and made no offer to make things right after all that. Rubbish bikes, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favour and avoid!

"Giant Trance E+2 under two years ago"
Giant Trance E+2 under two years ago. Back wheel bearing failed at around eighteen months and at 23 months old motor bearing failed. Awaiting Giant response as still within 2 year warranty. Bike has done just over 3000 miles. Really disappointed with reliability.

Usual response from Giant. Decline to repair. Took them almost two months to come to that decision.

"Giant ebikes are pants"
Giant ebike with Yamaha motor
Had the bike for just over three years done 2500 miles commuting to work, warning light came on took it to Rutland cycles they said needed a new motor at a cost of £850
Decided against that and bike is being scrapped well done both for taking the pleasure of cycling away so be warned about Giant ebikes feel quite chilled about it and glad the freaking thing is going in the bin

Ebike just over 3 years old. Done 4k well looked after and motor has failed. Told will cost £850 for new motor!!!! Feel no option but to scrap it!! Will never buy a Giant bike again 🙄. Agree with other comments how does this shoddy outfit stay in business!!

Purchased a Giant Bike from a dealer in Holyoke Mass. Supposedly Giant guarantees the frame for life. Frame rotted at the weld on the fork and they said they will not cover it. Don't trust the warantee it is garbage.
