I bought this Giant e-bike thinking it would be super solid, but the motor has been giving me trouble pretty much from the start. It cuts in and out even on small hills, and sometimes it feels like there’s barely any assist at all, lol. The battery shows it’s fine, so I’m not really sure what’s going on. For the price, I definitely expected a smoother ride. At this point, riding it feels more frustrating than fun, so yeah, I’m disappointed.

I’ve tried a few similar products from other brands, and this one feels more solid than most of them. The build quality seems dependable, and it doesn’t have that cheap feel some competitors do. Overall, I’m happy with it so far.

The refund did come through, it just took a few days... which, I mean, wasn’t terrible, but I was kind of checking my account every now and then wondering. Overall it worked out fine.
